AnimationArt Classics was a showcase of animation art from all
the major studios ranging from original pencil drawings to
hand-painted limited edition cels to delicate porcelin figurines.
Economic conditions forced the closings of several attempts to
continue providing these treasures to our faithful customers and
other collectors.  This revamped website is a last opportunity to
purchase the remaining stock at greatly reduced prices.

Thank you for your friendship and business with
AnimatedArt Classics over the years.

WHO WE ARE AND OUR HISTORY

Ken Maresh, my husband, collected animation art since 1986 from the
predecessor of AnimationArt Classics when it was Animated Art Gallery in
Avon Lake Ohio and then downtown Cleveland.  We became involved as silent,
financial partners when the gallery became AAC and moved to Strongsville.
You may have met us at one of the many celebrity events we had there and at
Lyndhurst , or during the last months of the Lyndhurst gallery when we manned
the gallery on a fulltime basis.

After 9-11, it was evident we could not economically continue the storefront
business.  In 2003, Dan Hromada, the managing partner, decided to continue
supplying our figurine customers in another business venue, and I decided to
continue supplying the animation wall art.  As the major financial investor, I
retained the name and its assets, contracts with the studios, and our client base.
Through an arrangement with Linda Schors, proprietor of Roberts Framing in
Brecksville Ohio,  I operated AnimationArt Classics as an animation
studio gallery out of the Brecksville location.  However, because of the worsening
economy, Linda has also closed that gallery in May of 2008.

A quantity of animation art still exists from the inventory of Animation-Art Classics;
art which is now sold out from the studios and only available on the secondary
market.
